helpful staff, clean rooms, decent price

our stay at alexis inn and suites was memorable. the friendly front desk staff made us feel welcome, and the breakfast selection was surprisingly good. the unassuming lobby was lively with guests watching an nfl game, adding a fun touch!

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's rest. However, the noise from the nearby traffic was quite noticeable and may be an issue for light sleepers. The breakfast options were decent, offering a variety of choices, but some amenities appeared outdated and could use improvement.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The staff was exceptionally friendly, assisting with my needs and making my stay enjoyable.

Better towel availability would improve the stay experience.

The initial room had an unpleasant smell, likely from smoking in the hallways—definitely a buzzkill for the stay. I found broken glass on the carpet, raising safety concerns, especially with little ones crawling around; while issues happen, the response lacked the urgency I’d expect. Sporadic ladybug visitors during the stay didn't help the cleanliness feel either, though they were more amusing than alarming.

The room was spacious with a living area, perfect for our family. We really loved the location—close to fast food and attractions. After a long drive, having a hot breakfast was a welcome treat! Our stay was super pleasant, and overall vibe was chill.

A Great Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our two-night stay in the Deluxe King Room. Kristen at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helped us feel right at home. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, including waffles and biscuits with gravy! A perfect spot for our adventures in Nashville.

Clean room, but some issues

The king room was clean and had a comfy bed. It had cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator, plus body soap and free toiletries in the private bathroom. However, the breakfast wasn't great, and the coffee wasn't hot enough. The fitness center was a nice feature. Parking was limited, too.

The array of options for breakfast was impressive, especially the warm sausages and fresh pancakes. The room was clean and comfortable after a long day of travel. it would have been nice to receive notice about the ongoing renovations before arrival.

Clean rooms with plenty of pillows provided a decent comfort level for the stay. The layout of the hotel offers easy access to local attractions, making it convenient for travelers seeking exploration.

Parking situations present a challenge, often leaving guests searching for spots due to a cramped lot with construction obstructions. Some areas could use a little TLC, as signs of wear and tear are noticeable, particularly on furniture. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms might be bothersome for light sleepers, especially with walls failing to muffle sound adequately at night.

Had a blast digging into local eats—Latitude 36 Kitchen & Bar is just a hop away with its finger-lickin' flavors! Also loved the cozy vibe of the suite; it was like a little home away from home with enough space to spread out. Plus, the staff were super friendly, especially during our late-night linen request.

The party folks next door turned our chill night into a ruckus, screaming like they were at a honky-tonk. The manager tried, but it felt like her hands were tied.
